SHESP focuses on independent technical advice and support to improve the use of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for geothermal and heat storage applications.

Our goal is through technical expertise to improve the reliability and efficiency of the use of the geothermal ESP systems for the existing and future geothermal clients and operators, thereby reducing project costs.

WSHESP was founded by Aad Castricum

Working in the ESP industry since 1985. Started as an ESP field service specialist and further positions in ESP operation support, project management and operational and commercial management. Was from 2017 till 2021 responsible for the European Geothermal ESP segment at Baker Hughes.
